Boasting stylish decor, cosy open plan living spaces and a relaxing garden room, Combe House is a wonderful holiday home to return to after a day exploring the town of Winchcombe and its surrounding countryside. With all of Winchcombe's amenities on its doorstep and the popular countryside spots of Cleeve Hill and Hailes Abbey close by, it is a great spot to explore with loved ones!

Conveniently located house in the village. Very clean and comfortable with high-end fixtures and fittings. Everything as described in the overview and finer details.

Lovely open plan cottage with modern facilities and pleasant outside space. Kitchen very well equipped with new appliances and lots of kitchen utensils.

Dining area nice and bright because of atrium roof and has large wooden table with comfortable dining chairs. Pleasant lounge area but on the small side for 6 adults. All bedrooms very comfortable and spacious with good quality bedding and furnishing. Beds extremely comfortable.

Cottage in good spot in Winchcombe walkable to local amenities.

Our stay in the Combe House was very comfortable with plenty of space and offerings. The kitchen was well appointed and the living space was very cozy for our family. The house was within walking distance to many pubs and shops which is always an added plus. Also nearby towns were great day trips through the country side.
However the only down side was the communication with the property manager during our stay. He did not see our messages when we had an issue with a few items we needed to address. We heard from him on the last day as we were checking out of the accommodation not ideal communication.

A wonderful stay at Combe house. The house is in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. The house itself is in a very good condition and it is clear the owners have dedicated a lot of time to give it a very homely and cosy feel. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Combe House in October for an Autumn break & it was fantastic! The cottage is beautiful, cosy, warm & very well equipped. It was the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds too. Thank you to the owners for the bread, butter, biscuits, milk etc left for us. A wonderful Cotswold experience.

We had a fantastic week in Combe House, it has been beautifully furnished by the owners. We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this was by far the most comfortable/best equipped yet. Wonderful bedding, endless kitchenware and the house was spotlessly clean. We had a couple of queries which were sorted by the brilliant team at Stay Cotswold/Sarah very quickly. Thank you for a true 5* stay!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Very well equipped and wonderfully stylish. Highly recommend a trip to Sudley Castle and a meal at 5 North Street restaurant, both just a short walk away.

The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The garden room was a lovely surprise and a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped - home from home!

A couple of thoughts - some of the bedrooms need mirrors and one of the front bedrooms needs a bedside light as you can’t turn lights off when in bed.

Combe House is a superb base to explore the Cotswolds, perfectly situated in the charming village of Winchcombe which has plenty of independent shops and fantastic pubs (the Lion Inn Sunday roast was a highlight!).

The house itself is exquisite, with lovely furnishing and details that feel like you are staying at the house of a very stylish friend, far from a traditional rental property. There are crisp white sheets on comfortable beds, plus a well equipped kitchen, powerful showers, and a stunning garden and patio perfect for sitting out.

We stayed with our children (aged 5 and 2) and found lots of things to do in the surrounding area; this included spending the whole day at the brilliant Sudeley Castle, which is walkable from the house and the steam railway which is five minutes drive away.
