Barley is a delightful studio apartment located in the historic market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, home to some of the oldest pubs and finest eateries. Finished in a contemporary style, this cosy bolthole is the ideal base for a short break in the Cotswolds.

Quality and immaculately presented accommodation.
Well situated with only a short walk to the town centre and amenities.
Ideal for a short break.
One minor disadvantage in that the property would benefit from towel rails.
Would use again and would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely comfortable room everything required to use as a base to explore local Cotswolds areas. Walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants in stow on wold

Had a lovely weekend in the Cotswold this weekend
Found staycotswold really easy to deal with booking was easy directions to property really easy
Property was in a great location
Having the jug of milk already in the fridge for when we arrived was a lovely little touch
Would definitely use again

A very comfortable stay. Lighting in kitchen and bathroom could be better and a towel rail in bathroom.

Accommodation of all four identical apartments within this relatively new building gives the visitor a choice of floor levels.
For a short stay break this is ideal. The location couldn't be better, just off the main square. We will definitely stay here again when choosing a short stay in the Cotswolds.

This property is small but the perfect base for visiting the beautiful Cotswolds. It is a very short walk from the apartment to the beautiful shops, cafes, restaurants etc in Stow on the Wold. The bedroom, kitchenette and seating area is all in one room with a small shower room off the main room. The apartment was warm at all times (very welcoming on a cold and rainy weekend!) and the constant hot water was a bonus. The shower was great but the door could do with repair. A towel rail and bath mat would also be welcome in the shower room. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short stay, and the milk, biscuits and coffee were very much welcomed. The parking space was a bonus but better signage of the allocated space would be helpful. The king size bed was very comfortable. If you need a base and somewhere just to relax and sleep, this property is highly recommended.

Lovely studio flat in quiet location, less than five minutes' walk from Stow-on-the-Wold market square and from fields. Beautifully appointed and supplied. Everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Excellent organisation and easy contact with booking agent and property manager.

Although the 4 parking bays are wide they are not designed for a longer length car. Our own vehicle protruded over the double yellow lines by about 3 feet making us potentially liable for a parking infringement.

Everything great, comfort, well positioned for travel, clean….recommend. Only point I’d make was winter quilt on the bed during the hottest summer we’ve had in a while wasn’t the best idea….had to go buy a summer quilt!!!
