The dining area, situated in a bay window, is perfect for leisurely meals or family game nights with the provided board games.
Step through the patio doors into a sunny conservatory, an ideal spot for morning coffee or to watch children play in the garden. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave, ready for you to prepare family feasts.

The property is surrounded by private, lawned gardens bordered by hedges and small trees. While there's access to an adjacent property on the north-west side, the rest of the garden ensures privacy. Most of the garden is level, with a sloping area at the northern end. A charcoal BBQ is available for your use.
