We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lodge 4. The lodge was a little dated in places, but it was clean, quiet, and very cosy, which made it easy to relax and switch off. It's located in the most peaceful setting but within a 10/15 minute walk of the town, we stayed over Christmas so the walk along Well Road was beautiful with all the houses lit up with Christmas lights. This is our second visit to Heatheryhaugh Lodges. We booked 3 lodges for a family get together. There were 13 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs. The lodges are extremely spacious, plenty of room for us all to congregate in one without being cramped. The lodges are well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen facilities excellent, we cooked breakfast each morning and managed a full Sunday dinner for us all without any problems. The beds are comfortable, with all linens and towels provided.
