9 Seagate Court is a real treasure. As you approach the front door you have views along the coast as far as Selsey in the distance. Situated in the centre of East Wittering village with its shops, restaurants and cafes, this beautifully furnished property is very popular with our guests. The award winning Blue Flag beach of West Wittering is along the coast with its beautiful sand dunes and beach, a popular location for all the family.

The property has two double bedrooms, one with sea views, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room which overlooks the sea towards the Isle of Wight and a modern shower room. It also has a small balcony with table and chairs for two with wide-reaching views of the Solent.

Please note there are around 30 steps to climb for access to the flat on the second floor.

We had a lovely week at 9 Seagate. The flat is ideally situated, as it close to the village and has sea views. Accommodation is comfortable and the decor is homely. There are a few places within walking distance to enjoy dining out including a dog-friendly pub.

Tastefully furnished with everything you could need, in a wonderful location right on the beach and a short walk to all the village amenities.

Great Apartment in stunning location and the weather was brilliant. The balcony was a bonus, watched the “super moon” over the sea. Will be back.

Very clean, comfortable flat with amazing views across to the Isle of Wight. Also, all the amenities of East Wittering within walking distance. We will definitely be returning.

Ticks many of the right boxes. Everything seeks to work well. Except the internet signal which is 'weak security' and sometimes cuts out, but OK for streaming TV or video. Beds were comfortable and the flat is generally well equipped. Great views from windows, however when one sits on the balcony, there is no view due to the opaque glass surrounds - views only when one stands up. This is our second visit, and we may well return.

We have been coming to East/West Wittering now for many years but it is the first time we have stayed at Seagate Court. We found it to be most pleasant. The flat was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location was amazing near all the shop's and overlooking the beach/sea was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back again.

Very dirty in general. Dishes very dirty even there was a tea bag left in the teapot, the kettle was so dirty we had to descale it ourself. There was few things broken in the house like furniture. The sofas were uncomfortable and as there was no cushions this made it worse. We had to clean the lounge window as that was the only we could do, it opens to the inside. The pillows are old and uncomfortable. We couldn’t open the windows when it was windy because of its design. We had a lot better time in 5 Seagate few years ago.
