Excellent cottage in wonderful location within Broomhill. We've stayed in it often and are looking forward to another stay in the summer when it's garden and proximity to the outdoor pool will come into its own.
Broomhill Manor offers so many things to people of all ages. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the grounds and cottages are beautiful and peaceful. The indoor and outdoor pools are pleasantly warm, and the hot tub in our cottage was a real bonus. During my stay I enjoyed an excellent massage, and also a gentle ride on horseback around the local lanes. The Manor is in an excellent location and is also within walking distance of Bude. It really is a wonderful place to escape to. Thank you Philip and Louise for sharing your home with us.
Swallow was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The amenities at Broomhill Manor are exceptional and we had the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. The grounds are beautifully maintained and perfect for exercising our dog. Philip and Louise were welcoming and helpful.
This is our 6th stay at Broomhill Manor and we are looking forward to our 7th already !! We have stayed in Woodlark for 5 times now and it feels like a second home. Everything you need is included in the cottage which is always of the highest standard. The grounds at Broomhill are superbly maintained and so beautiful to walk around. We always take our 2 dogs which are included in the excellent price which is fantastic. Some places can charge up to £30 each dog per night so its amazing. Especially enjoyed the cocktail evenings, Louise and Philip made everyone welcome. Lovely walks, especially the coastal path and canal also a must, a visit to the sea pool. We had a wonderful stay at Broomhill Manor. The cottage we stayed in was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The facilities are wonderful and there was lots to do in the grounds. Well worth a stay- we had a great time here.
Another brilliant stay at Broomhill but what a lovely cottage Cormorant is. The spilt level dining area worked really well for us with lots of space and the secluded garden gave us direct access to the main lawn which the dogs loved. With the hot tub and good weather it was absolutely perfect.
Please ignore the lack of 5 stars across the board. We purposely choose a small, really old characterful building amongst the huge variety offered, as it suits us now, with our little dog. It is really charming, cosy and well equipped. But mind your head if you are tall! The owners, Philip and Louise are wonderful hosts. They are friendly, considerate, creative and full of ideas. Broomhill Manor was a fantastic venue for our recent family reunion. From the flexible accommodation to the facilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pool); sauna; jacuzzi; hot tub; on-site therapy; horse-riding - walking distance to the beach and the beautiful gardens. It was absolutely perfect. Philip and Louise were great hosts and made our stay feel really welcome and warm.

We had a lovely stay in Broomhill Manor. They have great on-site facilities for the kids including indoor and outdoor pools, sand pit and a games room as well as outdoor climbing equipment. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. Broomhill Manor is located close to some gorgeous beaches- our favourite is Northcott which is stunning, much less crowded and has loads of rock pools for the kids to play in when the tide is out. We would definitely stay here again, the only thing we would change is to stay in one of the more contemporary houses rather than the West Wing which has more tradition...more
Another great stay at Broomhill. We had a fantastic week and made lots of use of the onsite facilities. Nightingale was a really spacious property for our family of 5.

The cottage we stayed in was very equipped, spacious and comfortable. The entire property and grounds are immaculately maintained. The owners Phillip and Louise are really welcoming and make a genuine effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We had a family birthday during the stay and balloons appeared next to our cottage door that morning, which was a very nice touch! The site is very quiet and peaceful in the evening as it is on a private road, however Bude and some fantastic beaches are within walking distance or a short drive.
