Dick Turpin Cottage is a wonderful, luxurious place to recharge the batteries with a very friendly welcome. We loved the decor-fresh flowers and always something interesting to look at and the welcome pack is superb. It felt like the owners knew us personally and had provided all of our favourite things. Champagne, blue cheese, coffee and walnut cake, delicious little Easter eggs. Very thoughtful. The only sounds we heard were sheep and woodpeckers in the surrounding woodland and we saw buzzards, a red kite and muntjac deer every day. We had a truly excellent break in this gorgeous home ...more
