The Garden Rooms can cater for up to four guests plus a cot. All on one level allowing easy access. Completely refurbished, spacious living area, beautiful bathroom with separate bath and shower and two good sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom super king sized bed or the option for twin beds

The Garden Rooms are absolutely delightful. We had a very comfortable stay. The beds and linens were luxurious and all the furniture and fittings were of a high standard. It was also great to have a pretty outdoor space to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks. We never met the owners who were next door but they have created a beautiful apartment for guests. I definitely recommend it and will book again.

This cottage was a hidden gem, absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The owners left a very kind gift of some treats for our stay on arrival. We would definitely stay again - the outside area was a lovely extra space too for my little boy to play.

We are so pleased we have discovered The Garden Rooms and The Nook. Clean, comfortable, secure, would thoroughly recommend. Had to find accommodation for my Mum’s funeral during covid and Julie was so understanding and helpful. She and Ben were great hosts, and due to the circumstances didn’t put pressure on us with timings of arrivals and leaving. I appreciated the ease of booking. We would love to visit again under happier times to enjoy all the things the properties have to offer. Fully equipped with all you would need in the kitchen. Loved the sky light over the bath, beds were really comfortable, and lovely furniture in the garden to enjoy the outside - especially the alcove at The Nook! Everything well thought out.

Three adults stayed in the Garden Rooms for 8 weeks whilst in the process of moving house. Ben and Jules could not have been more welcoming or more helpful. The rooms were extremely well equipped to a very high standard and had all that we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in! High quality linen and towels were provided weekly and we had the option of a cleaner weekly too, although we chose not to take adveantage of this due to COVID! The bathroom 'rainfall' shower was the best we have ever exoerienced and the kitchen provided all our culinary needs. The open-plan layout of the kitchen, dining area and lounge is well designed; there is an airy feel and plenty of space. We were delighted by the choices of furnishings throughout.The interior and exterior are both tastefully and freshly decorated.
There is a pretty little courtyard garden attached, a haven for squirrels and birds, including nuthatches and blackcaps who visited regularly. Our cars were safely parked behind electronic gates.
We cannot recommend the Garden Rooms highly enough.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Garden rooms, with the first being 2 years ago. We were amazed to find that the accommodation was just as immaculate second time around and we had another wonderful break. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owners had thought of everything - a welcome food hamper, milk in the fridge, tea bags, toiletries...I could go on. Thank you.

Four of us stayed in the Garden Rooms over the Easter weekend for a couple of nights. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and well-appointed the cottage is. The level of decor and interior design is stunning, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are sumptuous (with really comfortable beds) and the bathroom is great, particularly the shower. The kitchen and living areas work well together, creating the perfect space for socialising, relaxing and cooking. When we arrived there was a beautiful hamper of food and drink, and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Can't recommend this place highly enough, and we will certainly be back next Easter, if it isn't already booked!
