A spacious and comfy home - warm and had all we needed for a short city stay. Main bathroom was especially luxurious.

We had a lovely stay in the property, which was a perfect space for us to catch up with family. The place was surprisingly spacious and generally well-equipped. The location is amazing and we very much enjoyed taking our niece to the local park and walking into the city to enjoy a day out.

The house was absolutely spotless and matched the description perfectly. The bedrooms were all a great size and the bathroom large and pristine. Situated in a quiet road within walking distance to the city centre. It was a great find and would definitely recommend!

Six of us stayed at York Boutique's house and it was plenty big enough to accomodate us all.

The house is on a very quiet street, with plenty of on-street parking right outside and is very tastefully decorated.
The lounge/dining area was great for the 6 of us to sit and chat after a day walking around the beautiful city of York, which
is within a 10-15 minute walk, or if you prefer, the main road nearby has the No.9 bus, which takes you right into the centre.

We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely recommend this place for a group of our size and for its close proximity to the centre.

The house was perfect for us, great size bedrooms and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop was just round the corner and had frequent services into the City Centre. The host was very responsive and acted quickly when we had a minor problem.

Another great stay in the York Boutique House, as usual it was clean and well presented. the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable and are plentiful in the house, enough for a large family.
The WIFI is good enough to work from the house while the rest of the guest enjoy themselves in York, the location is good a 15mins into the city and all the local amenities on your doorstep.

A really great house. Everything is finished to a high standard, all very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers good. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets on arrival. The location is good - about a 20+ minute walk from the city centre, with a little Co-Op round the corner and a small Asda a bit further. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend for a weekend in York.

We booked this last minute and are so glad we got the chance to stay at this stunning property!! The house is very well furnished and spacious! The hosts were very accomodating in splitting the beds at such short notice! The bathroom is simply beautiful. so much sace for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice meal and the dining table comfortably seated us all, we were so pleased with thsi property! We have booked for the Summer because we can't wait to visit again.

Our group of 6 friends arrived for a weekend stay for a friend’s birthday. The house exceeded our expectations and better in ‘real life’ than the photos. We came by train and it was close enough to the town centre that we walked there (30 minutes). We felt safe there. It is set in a lovely residential area with a small park nearby and a CO op 3 minutes walk away! We couldn’t have picked a better location
The house is set on 3 floors with an extra small en-suite on the top floor . It was modern, spacious and clean but also comfortable.
The bedrooms felt spacious even with a double and single bed in two of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were immaculate. The bathroom even had underfloor heating.
There was a welcome pack that had everything you needed to know about the property with some helpful suggestions for restaurants, takeaways, cabs etc. A minor issue in one of the rooms was responded to very quickly (even on a Sunday)
The process from booking to arrival was smooth and straightforward and any queries were dealt with promptly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here for a stay in York

Very spacious and clean .
Had everything we needed and great quiet area . Nice walk into york centre with shops on your door step to get supplies.
Free on street parking outside was handy and very polite and helpful staff .
I will stay here again .

We had a great weekend here . Very spacious and well laid out .
The house had everything we needed .
Was very clean and comfortable .
Short walk into the centre and free on street parking .

Loved our stay here! The bathroom is beautiful and the underfloor heating is an added bonus in the winter! Our second stay at this property and can't fault it! The dining room table is a perfect addittion for family meals!!

I would recommend staying here. We had a few issues with cleanliness and checking in/out, however the team were very helpful and did apologise for any inconvenience. The house itself is lovely, in a good area and is good value for money. Overall a great stay.
