We hired Fletchers Combe for a group of 17 of us. It was the perfect location and Sarah was a great host who was available to answer questions and ensure we had a great time. Absolutely lovely. Beautifully presented, great attention to detail. Fabulous location - extremely quiet. Only possible downside for some might be the narrow access roads with few passing places over the last couple of miles. But very little traffic anyway. Highly recommended.
A truly wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting, with hosts that provide a extremely warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them , if we had to look for any negatives ( very hard to do) the only thing is a few items of garden furniture may need a little attention in the close season, and some putty replacement on some of the windows, but this is really us just trying to find something ! , the cottage is spacious, very cool in some of the hottest conditions we have encountered on a uk staycation, the internal furniture was very comfortable and plenty of it, kitchen is very well stocke...more
