22 humans and 4 dogs stayed across the farmhouse and barn. It was absolutely delightful and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Both properties had everything we could need for our stay. The games room is an added bonus and the kids were able to roam between the properties to use it. We saw lots of cows, peacocks and bats at night. There is a little lake at the farmhouse and everyone enjoyed feeding the fish and using the rowing boat. The dogs had lots of space to run around and thanks to Sarah and James for all the dog treats! Everyone thought the barn a little Querky ,exciting,very comfortable, extremely quiet and peaceful . We all had a wonderful week the kids loved the swings , the dogs loved the garden,the only thing that let it down slightly was the cooker very slow to heat up , other than that I would recommend this to anyone . Fletchers Combe Farmhouse was a lovely base for our three generation family holiday. Plenty of space and a real home from home. Kids enjoyed hot tub and boat and our five dogs loved the garden! Garden gate didn't fasten properly and bars were too wide for tiny dog but we managed to keep dogs safely in garden. We were grateful for the thoughtful doggy bits provided in the house, although for a fully dog welcoming experience, we would have appreciated being able to let the dogs sleep on floors upstairs, to guarantee a decent night's kip, but for us, that wasn't a deal breaker.
