We had a wonderful week at Queen Villa. We found the process of booking (and rebooking thanks to Covid!) with Olive Tree very smooth and responsive.
The Villa was lovely for 4 of us, very spacious and a super (but deep) pool. It had lovely vistas but there was a large uphill walk to get to town so it wasn’t for the faint hearted in that heat!
Mehmet came to clean the pool and answered any queries and we recommend a chat with Zal on arrival who gave us lots of top tips - thanks Zal.

The Villa was well appointed, everything we needed, but would recommend asking for sheets on the bed - there was just odd blankets when we arrived and no duvet covers. Plenty hot water, good Wi-Fi and good washing machine!

Olive Tree were very helpful arranging transport to and from the airport too - take note it’s quite expensive!

Nice stay early October in queen villa. Nice villa but needed a little TLC . A few initial minor problems but mostly dealt with quickly by the local olive tree travel reps.

This was our second stay at this villa. I really love this area of Kalkan as it’s close to the town, walkable, but far enough away so you don’t hear any of the evening noise. All the bedrooms are a decent size and the living/kitchen area is well equipped and last time we were a party of 6 adults and it didn’t feel cramped. Outside the terrace gives you a couple of options on where to sit, the pool is a good size and it feels private.

Excellent villa situated close enough to the harbour to walk into town. Outdoor pool and seating very good indeed with enough shade and sun beds for all the family.

We’ve been coming to Kalkan for a few years now so know more where we want to be staying and this is best villa for us yet. Great peaceful location with under 10 mins walk into town and two different routes which is nice. Villa beautifully finished and a high spec. Lovely pool and seating area. Nice Sunbeds, a lovely man comes in every day and cleans outside and is really helpful. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely stay there again.
