I’ve stayed in various villa’s and apartments in Kalkan over the years and in this Villa twice. It’s one of the best we’ve stayed in for various reasons. Location is superb, away from the old town, where it’s quieter, but only a 15 minute stroll down into town and there are various bars and restaraunts around the area if you don’t want to go into town. The Villa itself has everything you need from appliances to utensils, plenty of outside space, a lovely pool and a marvellous roof terrace with fantastic views. The rooms are good sizes and comfortable with some recent decoration undertaken which was a bonus. The pool man, Irfan was lovely, bringing fresh bread every day and taking our rubbish away, and the owner, Murat was very responsive and attentive, arranging water to be sent when we needed it, answering any queries we had immediately and resolving a couple of very minor issues we had within hours. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We were a couple , 20 month old and grandma - the villa was a great size for us. The views from the roof and balconies are great. Pool is a good size (just a little cold for us travelling in October which we knew was likely) . Furniture is good quality . Good location close walk to local bars and shops and very easy to get taxi to town. Would recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Nergis, property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The roof top terrace was fantastic, with some excellent views, where you could unwind with a drink. The villa was very spacious and very clean, and lacked nothing. The bedrooms were very spacious and the villa was about a 15 minute leak surely walk down into the harbour, taxis are very cheap to return late at night, but there are shops, restaurants and bars around the villa if you don’t want to venture far. It was very easy to communicate with the villa owner for anything, and the cake and small items they provided for our arrival, were very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

If I was rating this villa with stars, it would probably be a 4 out if 5. I don't want this to seem harsh, so to put it into perspective, we started in another villa the following wlll, which cost twice the price and I would have given it 3.5/5. In the down side, the villa is looking a little tired in terms if wardrobe ls and bathrooms, and if I'm hyper critical, the roof chairs could do with being updated as this is one of the best features if the villa, which is lovely and cool in the evening. Location was excellent for our family as you had a selection of 5 or 6 restaurants within 100m if you didn't want to walk into town. All worth a visit and as usual with Turkey, friendly and great quality and value for money. You can walk into Kalkan in about 15mins and it's all down hill. Cabs were 15try back to the villa. In summary, a great villa for our family of 6. All the bedrooms have ensuite and aircon which is a must. It needs a few things replacing buy hey I'm not staying there with a view to buying it and everything works.

Villa Nergis is lovely, although could benefit from a little updating. The villa is well equipped and we loved the roof terrace with it's fantastic views. The location was great in that there are a couple of very good restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk as well as a couple of small supermarkets. We had a problem with an air conditioning unit in the bedroom which after a couple of days was not blowing out cold air. The owner Murat was very prompt in dealing with this and a new unit was fitted the next day. The gardener Irfan was lovely. He visited twice a day to ensure that we had no problems and brought fresh bread every morning. We did walk into town a couple of times, but probably wouldn't attempt this in July/August when the weather is very hot. I would definitely recommend Villa Nergis to others.
