As a party of nine I had some concerns about any villa in terms of space to comfortably accommodate 7 adults and two lively children. I needn't have been concerned at all. The space in and around the villa is exceptional with multiple places outside to entertain. The pool is also spacious and with a smaller pool for the youngest it was excellent. Facilities were very good, with everything you could possibly need, including Netflix for the kids when they had tired themselves out in the pool. Location was top notch. Lovely quiet area with a short relatively flat walk to and from town and a slightly more uphill walk to restaurants along The Kalamar road. Views from all bedrooms and the pool were breathtaking. There were just two small points that could be improved upon although I doubt anything could be done about the first. Internet speed seems to advertise itself as 72mb. In reality we were seeing around 3 - 5mb. Some slight disruption for the kids watching Netflix occasionally but for one of the party a bit more disruptive as he had to do some work. For me the only thing I would improve is bed comfort. I know this is a personal preference but I found the beds too hard. Perhaps the provision of good quality mattress toppers would give people the choice.

The villa is superb, the location is so convenient for the many restaurants in Kalkan. Views are stunning from the very spacious terrace. The villa is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need, lots of glasses china and cutlery. We spent many days enjoying the villa and having sundowners before dinner sitting on the terrace. The villa was looked after by a very pleasant couple and when we had a small problem they came in a flash and mended it. We could not fault anything, we would love to go back again. Thank you Olive Tree you made it perfect .

We had a lovely week in Dalkiran
There was a big party of us 8 and we had loads of room
Every room had en-suite and the bedrooms were spacious with balconies

The outside area was fabulous with a coffee table and a dining table and a BBQ so plenty of room for eating outside and entertaining

The main selling point is the Villas location only a short walk to the shops bars and restaurants

I would recommend this Villa and definitely would go back

This villa, the view and facilities were brilliant. The housekeeper and her husband were available all hours and when there was the odd glitch like the washing machine sticking, they were there to help. The villa was superbly equipped and the salt pool rather than chemicals being used was also a bonus. There is nothing I could think of that needs improving.

We have stayed at Villa Dalkiran many times and just love it. It is private ,well equipped very comfortable with the most beautiful outlook. A very special place.

This was the second time we had stayed at this villa. It's in a brilliant location with fabulous views and the outside space where you spend the majority of your time is excellent. However, we felt that the maintenance, upkeep and overall cleanliness of the inside of the villa had deteriorated from our first visit. It's a shame as it wouldn't take much to rectify the problems, such as a thorough clean, descaling the bathrooms and fixing little things like handles on the wardrobe doors.

However, as said above the outside space and the view would be hard to be beaten.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was very large and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the terrace which was very spacious with plenty of room for sitting, sunbathing and eating and also had a magnificent view out to sea. Villa is within walking distance of Kalkan centre, with the many restaurants and bars, usually took us about 10 mins slow stroll each way and wasn't too hilly either. Would recommend taking a small torch for the walk back at night as it was a bit dark in places. The villa had a water cooler and an American size fridge with ice maker which we found to be excellent, saved us having to keep buying small bottles of water, just had the large ones delivered when required, but enabled us to have drinking water more or less on tap. In fact, I can't fault it really, but if I was being very picky I would say that it could have been slightly cleaner, in particular the downstairs en-suite bathroom and the kitchen, the en-suite showers could have been a bit speedier to drain away, but it wasn't anything that concerned us too much or something that we couldn't sort out ourselves.

I must thank Debbie and all the team at Olive Tree Travel. From the first enquiry to retuning home, you made the holiday enjoyable. Debbie- very generous of her time, gave us plenty of options and really helped house 20 guests. Our villas were ideal for both location and comfort. The team in Kalkan were also very helpful and on hand if we needed their help.
I would really recommend Olive Tree Travel for a fantastic stress free holiday.
