A spacious 2-bedroom apartment set within the Asfiya Retreat complex, just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Kalkan town. As well as having use of the large and attractively designed communal pool, this apartment has the added advantage of having a its own pool and private terrace area for sole use.

Please note: the 5th person (if applicable and provided the 5th guest is under 3 years old) will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area of the apartment.

1 double, 1 twin (this can also be configured as a double if preferred), 1 sofa bed

The Solvi at Asfiya was a stylish and beautiful apartment with every provision made for a perfect stay. It provided plenty of space for the 4 of us, including a great pool terrace. The location was peaceful and private. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay at Solvi. Apartment is beautiful, clean and very well equipped and had everything we needed. Communication with Olive Tree Travel was excellent. They provided comprehensive details pre arrival which made our stay stress free and relaxing. Everything was straight forward and simple. My stay planner is a fabulous tool.
The location is great, nice and quiet with just a short walk to amenities and town, some lovely bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep if you fancy staying out of town for a change. The private pool was fabulous for us and the waterfall feature is a lovely added bonus. The communal pool next door was also a great addition and always uncrowded so we had the benefit of both.
The only downside (but that's our fault for not researching properly) is that there is no Seaview from the Apartment which we normally ensure we have as it's our thing. However, this would not be a deal breaker as in a few moments you can walk to get a spectacular view.

Overall a superb apartment and good value for money.

Our stay at Asfiya retreats was great. The apartment itself was great, clean and had everything we need for our week. The pool area was often shaded but as we holidayed at the end of the season we had the communal pool to ourselves most days. Two very easy and walkable routes into the town and directly to the harbour. Olive Tree travel and Abi tours were excellent with their customer services throughout.

Great apartment with communal pool and private pool. Absolutely no fighting for sun beds. 2 en-suite double rooms with a balcony and a 3rd room with bunk beds and a further shower room.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. Also had a washing machine. Very clean inside and out. Slight problem with one of the showers. Someone arrived to fix it within the hour.
10 minute walk to the old town with a huge choice of restaurants and bars but there are some really good restaurants nearby too.

The apartment was great, clean, modern and well proportioned. The private pool was great for us all (family of 4 with 2 kids aged 9 & 6).
The shared pool was also of a good size and generally very quiet.
Kalkan is a wonderful place, with great restaurants/shops/beach clubs. I can honestly say the people of Kalkan are the friendliest I have ever experienced abroad.
I would recommend both Kalkan and the apartment without hesitation.

A great apartment which is well equipped and maintained. The private pool in addition to the main pool was a great feature although the main pool was hardly used by anyone else whilst we stayed.
Location is 10 - 15 mins walk from old town,taxi back is just 10 lira if too hot to walk !

We have just returned from our first visit to Kalkan with Olive Tree Travel, we stayed at Aysfiyia retreat in the Maria apartment with our four teenage children 18, 17, 16 and 14, we had a fantastic time and would not hesitate in visiting again.
