Our stay at the penthouse property with great sea views’ surrounded by top class villas. The rooftop solarium is a sun bathers paradise. Equipped with comfortable seating and a top of the range BBQ A short walk 5 minutes to the quaint village of Turenueva with a good supermarket, several bars and eateries, a few minutes more to the board walk The property is in great condition and high end decor, you need to see it. We have just returned from a wonderful week away staying at Binibeca Nou. The villa was superb. We arrived late so the housekeeper had all the lights on ready for us which was very helpful. The location is outstanding. Just a very short walk to the most delightful beach! The villa was immaculately clean throughout and had evidently been recently refurbished. Just returned from a weeks holiday at this resort. What a great time even though the main swimming pool was closed for refurbishment. The indoor pool offered the opportunity for a swim or a dip in the hot tub. Not quite sure why the second outdoor pool was not open for business despite being full of water. I had a refurbished apartment which was first class although the kitchen had a lack of storage for groceries, with every unit used for storage of dishes and kitchen utensils. The staff are a credit to the resort with every member being friendly and helpful
The villa had everything we were looking for: quiet, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is well-maintained and clean. We were able to cook both in the kitchen and on the grill and found all the equipment we needed to do so. The surroundings are very pleasant and the views from various points in the villa show-off the scenery. We really liked the nearby town and easy access to places of interest.
J'ai séjourné avec un groupe pour un stage dans les deux appartements du rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié ces logements et leur situation. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Apartment was beautiful in terms of decoration and the location was fab. Lovely and spacious and had everything you could want for cooking utensils etc. There were only two negatives, the main being the air con. Whilst air con was in all rooms it was on a boost system where you could select 15min/30min/60min and would cut out (on purpose) after the selected duration. Whilst this was fine in May it would not be ok in the summer. Having to get up in the middle of the night and walk through to the hallway to select the Aircon boost for another hour would be very annoying and result in very limite...more
We were greeted at the villa by Mikaela who showed us around and told us how everything worked, she was so helpful and so quick to answer when we had any questions. We found the villa in a perfect condition and very clean, beds made up with fresh linen and plenty of clean towels and also beach towels. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. The pool is lovely with sunbeds surrounded by pretty gardens and flowers. We only used it for a base four four of us on a short golf break. It was ideal for us except the hot water would run out before we all had a shower.

Very large, modern and quiet apartment, built with quality materials and close to various shops. Situated along the shore, swimming is possible next to the apartment, but better beaches are just 200m from there. Limited activities in the vicinity.
We spent 1 week at villa Kathleen with the family the villa was very nice but far from luxury as described. The villa has potential but decor was tired and in need of update in several rooms. The pool area is a bit grim, needs plants, flowers and nice lighting to give it some ambience as it lacks a view. There is no outside dining facilities which you would expect in such a large villa. The roof terrace has so much potential having a gorgeous view, however there is no furniture up there, very un-inviting!! We had a great time at Villa Callista - the pool & outdoor area were brilliant and definitely a well stocked kitchen as well. We had 11 people and had more than enough room. The daily cleaning was great & there is aircon in all the bedrooms. The walk into town is about 15 minutes downhill. A member of the landlords family lives on the first floor (separate entrance) but is very connected with the landlord.
Could have done with a welcome pack of hand soap etc. sofas were basic and not comfortable. Everything else was very good and as described.
location of the villa is excellent! Minor problem with the air conditioning and pool which was partially sorted out very quickly. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms lacked air conditioning , which was a pity as the temperatures were very high during our stay. The only other thing to mention are the steep steps into the property , which when carrying shopping etc. proved a challenge!!!
Ideal for families to share with large rooms, plenty of bathrooms and an excellent dining hall as well as other outside sitting areas. A good length well maintained pool for swimming and just splashing about. Plenty to explore or lovely surroundings for doing nothing.
Great place with access to a pool and parking space. Little bit tired in places but provided everything we needed for a great week. Really enjoyed the big outdoor space and BBQ. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and spaces to sit A couple of bits to improve- there was a slight musty smell in the drawers so they could do with being aired out and better information about the parking space, back gate and bins would have been nice! We booked a similar apartment last year, same time of year but left this a bit late. It was the only one available and as such we paid double the price of 12 months ago. But that’s our fault. Villa is on a brilliant location for all Son Bou has to offer. It’s clean, tidy and functional. There is no air con and no Wi-Fi, both of which were in the previous apartment we booked. But everything was as advertised and it was exactly as described. If the price is more favourable when we come to book your next trip to the island we will consider it!
