Stepping into Sage Cottage, you are immediately welcomed into a serene country retreat. Exposed beams, shuttered windows, and gentle splashes of colour give the house warmth and character, while the open-plan living area with doors that open onto the garden bringing the outdoors in. Across three floors with three bedrooms each having their own bathroom and two sitting rooms, there’s space for everyone to gather or to find a quiet corner of their own. Step outside for walks through the nearby woods, then return to unwind around the cosy wood burner. Nestled in the charming village of Blockley, Sage Cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the wider Cotswolds, with popular villages and towns just a short drive away, including Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Broadway. For a taste of local life, visit Blockley Café, a foodie favourite where you can enjoy everything from brunch and lunch to afternoon tea, with relaxed fine-dining in the evenings.

Excellent stay, cottage is so pretty and the area is stunning . A great place to meet up with family, it had everything you need , remember to take your own coffee and kitchen roll , they had half a roll there, but not sure someone e had left from previous. They also had coffee but not to my taste. Shop not far for milk, small carton left in the fridge on arrival . Would stay here again ❤️

Beautiful cottage with well appointed features and Cotswold charm. Adults and kids both loved it. As a fan of the Father Brown series the fact that the lovely village of Blockley doubles as Kembleford was an unexpected bonus.
