The location and overall charm of the property was excellent. However the bedding and furniture proved at odds. The sofas in the living area were uncomfortable and an odd size. The bedding pillows and mattress in particular were very lumpy and very uncomfortable.

The Property Management team were inconsisitent with the replies to requests.

If they can address these concerns the Hideaway would be near perfect.

The Property Manager always does their best to respond to requests and accommodate individual needs where possible. While high-quality bedding is provided and the condition of the furnishings regularly reviewed, we understand that mattress and pillow preferences are highly personal and may differ depending on individual expectations. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. While we cannot always provide specialised furnishings or amenities that fall outside our standard offering, we are always happy to assist wherever we reasonably can.
