A truly sumptuous family home sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms with an additional pull-down wall double bed, with a bathroom, an en-suite and a downstairs WC. Perched on the side of a grassy valley, this exquisite Cotswold stone cottage can only really be defined as country luxe at its very best. With a wonderful, enclosed garden, plenty of outdoor seating, rejuvenating countryside views and an elegant and sleek interior, with just a touch of opulence, this property must be seen to be believed.

We had a wonderful stay at Westerleigh cottage; it is beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, well-maintained, comfortable and clean. The garden is delightful, offering lovely views.
Situated in a charming village not far from Cheltenham, it is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds.
The booking process was smooth, and communication excellent.

The cottage was an absolute delight to stay in with everything thought of… A real credit must go to the owners

We will be staying there numerous times throughout the year, when we have to be in Cheltenham (if available, obviously)

Beautiful cottage that I booked for accommodation as I was getting married at Cowley manor close by. I booked for 6 people, inputted all the names but when we arrived home at 10pm after going out for dinner, there was no bedding for the 6th bed. I called the emergency number as there was nowhere else for us to go at that time but no one even bothered to call me back.

Our arrival at the cottage were met by gasps from my wife and friend. Furnishings and space strike you the most. Beautiful surroundings, with fields and houses dotted about in the lane. Michelle & Robert (caretakers) were called in the morning as the heating had not come on. The weather, totally unexpected turned rather chilly. They were brilliant and arrived very quickly to rectify the issue, purchasing a good supply of logs etc. as well. If you want peace and quiet together with comfort Westerleigh Cottage does it all. Kilkeney Inn is a fab place to eat, amazing chef.

We had a good stay at Westerleigh. The cottage is well equipped with quality linens and kitchen basics and also well located for local drives and walks. The kitchen crockery could do with replacing as a lot of it is quite old. Check in was smooth. Would recommend for 2 couples and a child. Or a group of friends.

A lovely cottage which reminded us of many a French site we had stayed in but with much more comfort and style.It was very well situated for Cheltenham/ Cirencester etc. Cowley Manor for cocktails on the terrace was within easy walking distance as was the Green Dragon pub which offered lovely food and an extensive sunny outdoor seating area.The cottage itself had a large garden with a patio and outdoor seating overlooking the valley (and alpacas!). The cottage itself was well equipped (including washer machine and tumble drier) and the WI Fi was good enough to cope with WFH. There were easy to find walks offering lovely views from the cottage. There was off road parking for several cars.

Great location and spacious/comfortable master bedroom. Cottage itself is a bit tired and unloved in places (e.g. coffee machine advertised in inventory does not exist; wine cooler does not cool anything; sofa is remarkably uncomfortable) and the layout/design of the kitchen is bizarre (2 x fridges but no real freezer space; microwave in the most inconvenient location possible). And I know its a remote location but having Wi-Fi that does not work in many rooms (including the master bedroom) feels outdated. That said, the surrounding area does provide some fantastic scenery and great walking opportunities and proximity to Cheltenham could be appealing to some. I enjoyed our stay but would not return to the property.

We absolutely loved Westerleigh Cottage, beautifully furnished in a wonderful location, five star accommodation with a superb pub and farm shop within walking distance. Recommended!

Beautiful house with stunning garden and views. Very well stocked kitchen except for freezer (just a small drawer in the top of one of the fridges), beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches we had a brilliant weekend in a lot of comfort!

We needed somewhere to stay between moving houses and critical for us was comfort and good WiFi. This place had it all! Not only that we had beautiful walks to go on too and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!!

We loved our stay at this cottage - we regularly book stays in the Cotswolds and South West and this has been the nicest place so far. Great kitchen, fab bathrooms and the bedrooms were perfect for us (we brought our 3 year old and 10month old). The boys loved the garden, especially watching the sheep in the field next door. The decor is spot on, very stylish.

If I was being really picky I wasn't keen on the rattan type flooring in the living room/stairs, as it felt cold and rough on bare feet, but it hasn't put us off staying again (if we had a rental property we would probably have the same style flooring!) So I will probably just bring slippers next time.

We will be booking again as the location was also great, and we loved the property it was just right for our family. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful break after being cooped up at home during lockdown!

Westerleigh is an exceptional cottage with great views in a peaceful area. Our stay here was fabulous! The cottage is exceptionally equipped and the local pub has great food when you don't want to cook.
Our family stay was amazing and memorable and I thoroughly recommend Westerleigh Cottage for those visiting the Cheltenham & Cotswolds areas.

we spent 4 nice days, loved the tranquility and locations. What we liked less that this was a semi-detached cottage (not clear from the description) and although in good condictions, certainly not new (as advertised) - missleading. Compared to other agencies (e.g. Unique Homestays), no welcome package, flowers etc, gate not working, keys not as described, just some little things you can improve.

A great place to stay, very clean and great for children within 30 mins of Towns and attractions. Just had a few issues with getting a highchair which we requested when we booked it, it wasn't as the property when we arrived. This was then delivered the next day, after a few emails.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. Well designed interior with high quality furnishings throughout. Peaceful location, ideal for a getaway! Shame we didn’t have great weather as garden is perfect for al fresco evenings, next time !
