Breathtaking views, climbing island hills, using boat to fish for mackerel, swimming, seeing seals and sea eagles. The joy of no mobile signal or WiFi in Carna House - just reading, playing games and doing puzzles. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back. Andy looked after us so well and there is plenty of local produce to buy on the Ardnamurchan mainland to top up supplies. House is really comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and plenty of hot water. Best place in the world for getting away from it all.
Another great holiday at carna cottage, always amazed by the wildlife and scenery. Can be as relaxing or energetic as you choose. This was our 8th visit and still want to come back which speaks volumes. Photo opportunities are endless.
